The FiSDK500 is built with premium components to ensure serious performance and natural sound. The two full-range premium 5” woven fiberglass composite drivers execute a faster response resulting in a broader dynamic range while butyl rubber surrounds provide longer excursion, better linearity and increased durability. Ultra high-end coaxial mounted silk soft dome ferrofluid cooled tweeters deliver an accurate high frequency response at any volume level. Features and Design
The FiSDK500’s speaker component includes two 0.6-inch silk dome tweeters mounted in the center of two 5-inch woven fiberglass composite woofers. To reinforce bass response, two flared ports have been placed on the rear of the cabinet.
Amplifier power for the FiSDK500 is rated at 2 x 10 watts and Fluance claims the amp can deliver these 20 watts continuously. The rated frequency response for this speaker is 40Hz-20kHz/+- 2db.The back panel of the speaker dock offers stereo RCA inputs as well as composite video and S-video output.
